You'll finally have generic options for ProAir HFA, Ventolin HFA, and Advair Diskus.
ProAir HFA and Ventolin HFA. There will be two new albuterol sulfate HFA generics...one for ProAir HFA and one for Ventolin HFA. These are the same as their brands...but without the brand name on the label.
Each generic will cost about $35 for 200 puffs...compared to about $60 for the brands. A generic for Proventil HFA may be on the horizon.
